The price of wheat increased by 5%, flour by 5.5%, pasta by 8.2%, buckwheat by 10.2%, and poultry by 4.5%.
The prices of beef, pork, and lamb also increased by 12.8%, 13.1%, and 14.1%, respectively.
The price of fresh milk increased by 5.4%, cheese by 6.4%, yogurt by 6.7%, sour cream by 8.9%, and eggs by 11.7%.
The prices of butter and margarine increased by 7.3% and 9.8%, respectively, while vegetable oil increased by 6.5%.
In January 2026, plant-based products experienced deflation of 2.9% compared to January 2025, while fruit prices increased by 4.5%.
Gasoline prices fell by 4.5%, while diesel fuel prices fell by 1.6%.
