Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took part in an unofficial summit of CIS leaders in St. Petersburg. The event took place at the Hermitage Museum, according to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of developing and expanding cooperation within the CIS. The Russian president expressed hope that cooperation would expand in all areas next year. He also congratulated those present on the New Year and Christmas and wished them success.
The leaders, accompanied by Hermitage Director Mikhail Petrovsky, toured the museum complex and viewed the exhibits.
They also visited the Armenian Culture and Art Hall.
