Russia reserves the right to be guided by its national interests, including restoring full relations with the US. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this at the plenary session of the Valdai Conference, according to TASS.
“We see that the current US administration is guided primarily by the interests of its country, as it understands them,” Putin said.
According to him, this is a rational approach.
Putin noted that Russia also has the right to be guided by its national interests. He also included among these the restoration of full relations with the US.
