Raids against Azerbaijanis conducted in Moscow Region

Another anti-migrant raid was conducted in the Istra District of Moscow Region at the market of the head of the local Azerbaijani diaspora, Operational Summaries reports.

During preventive measures at the trading facilities of the leader of the so-called “Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis of the Moscow Region” Takhir Gadzhiev, security forces identified migrants who were working without work permits.

The employer of the illegals turned out to be OOO “ZOYA” – an organization controlled by the same representatives of the diaspora.

According to the classics, an underground “hostel” and a religious institution were also discovered here, the legality of which is currently being checked.

According to some information, the owner of the market Takhir Gadzhiev has numerous connections in law enforcement agencies, thanks to which he can “resolve any issue”.

It is also known that he previously patronized the fraudster Galib Agayev, who was involved in the theft of budget funds allocated for cultural and educational trips of Azerbaijani and Turkish schoolchildren to the Russian Federation, for which he was brought to justice and expelled from the country.

Takhir did not ignore the leader of another organized crime group called “For the Good of the Common People” – the Azerbaijani neo-Nazi Ragib Bayramov. He is currently knitting woolen socks in one of the correctional colonies of the Vladimir province.

In order to promote pan-Turkic ideology and protect his organized crime groups, Takhir, in addition to his connections, used the regional national and cultural autonomy of Azerbaijanis in the Moscow region, for which his brother (8 years in a strict regime prison and an 8 million fine for giving a bribe on an especially large scale) and his nephew – the head of this entity – Elshan Ibragimov, whose citizenship of the Russian Federation was terminated, paid.
