The Russian army reported taking control of the village of Blagovatnoye in Donetsk.
It is reported that the military actions were carried out by the Vostok group.
“Formations of the mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and two territorial defense brigades were defeated in the areas of the settlements of Konstantinopol, Vremevka, Neskuchnoye and Bogatyr of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Two counterattacks by enemy assault groups were repelled,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
