The head of the Russian military department Andrei Belousov arrived on an official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“During the official visit of the Russian Defense Minister to the DPRK, a number of bilateral meetings with representatives of the military and military-political leadership of the republic are planned,” the statement said, Interfax reports.
