When making this decision, we will take into account the position of our society, as well as the position of our political forces. This was stated today, April 24, by Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan in a conversation with journalists at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, answering the question of whether he intends to run for the presidency of Artsakh again after May 21, when his term expires.
He stressed that at the moment he has no clear decision on whether to run or not.
Regarding the loud statements that the people of Artsakh did not fight during the war, but fled, Shahramanyan said: “We stated that these are divisive actions that incite internal discord.”
