Sasun, both the surrender of Artsakh and the collapse of the army and the destruction of Sparapet’s goals are all the work of your boss, Nikola.
Representatives of the “nation-destroying regime” spare no effort to make anti-national and absurd statements.
Apparently, this is the fate of those who sold out for “thirty pieces of silver”.
Former Republican and now “outstanding” member of the State Duma, Sasun Mikaelyan, once again made an absurd and treacherous statement that “there was no independent Armenia” and that while Azerbaijan was arming itself, “theft was taking place in Armenia for 20 years”.
Let’s go in order…
An obvious fact: during the years of Serzh Sargsyan’s rule, Armenia was armed with some of the most combat-ready weapons.
From the Russian Federation alone, 50 thousand tons of weapons and ammunition were received free of charge, not counting the Iskander, which your boss Nikol was afraid to use at the initial, most decisive stage of the 44-day war.
During the April War of 2016, the Armenian army inflicted such a counterattack on the Azerbaijanis in 4 days that they were forced to ask for a truce.
The enemy was unable to capture a single settlement, I repeat, not a single one.
After the April War, Aliyev noted that behind closed doors they demanded that he recognize the independence of Artsakh.
Sasun, all this was the merit of the army and its Supreme Commander-in-Chief Serzh Sargsyan.
Who saw a “plundered” army defeat an enemy armed to the teeth?
But the army won, and it was thanks to the victory of the Armenian army that the Armenian side advanced its agenda at the negotiating table in Vienna, St. Petersburg and Geneva.
After the April War, as a result of Serzh Sargsyan’s agreement with our ally, the Russian Federation, Armenia received a preferential loan of 300 million dollars at domestic factory prices of the Russian Federation.
In 2018, a disastrous coup took place, which you, Sasun, called “more important than the victory in the Artsakh war.”
And from that day on, the collapse and plunder of the Armenian army began.
But even in this state, the army remained combat-ready.
Evidence of this were the words of your boss Nikol in the summer of 2020 that “the Armenian army is capable of solving problems in the region.”
What “plundered” army solves problems in the region?
Shame, you’d better keep quiet.
September 27, 2020 has arrived…
The future capitulator did everything to ensure that we lost.
And left the Azerbaijanis with weapons and ammunition worth 4-5 billion dollars.
Even your boss’s “constructive partner” Aliyev was surprised where Armenia got so many weapons from.
I’ll tell you where… these weapons were brought by the previous authorities, but to defend the Motherland, and not to give them to the enemy as a trophy.
You say: “There was no independent Armenia, it was an outpost.”
Did you receive the medals on your chest and the parliamentary mandate from the “outpost” or was this “outpost” created by the Yerkrapah created by Sparapet?
Is Armenia independent now, when you are becoming more and more subordinate to the Turks every day?
If you really think about independence, why don’t you defend the contents of the Declaration of Independence?
Why are you silent when the Artsakh leadership is in Baku prisons?
So speak, demand.
Or will your boss Nikol get angry?
The heroes of the 1990s, the April and 44-day wars defended independent and free Artsakh, which your boss Nikol recognized as part of Azerbaijan.
Since you now have more authority over Western officials, I will note that the head of EU foreign policy Borrell said: “Nikol Pashinyan is the first leader of Armenia who directly recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.”
A thousand years will pass, but the fact remains the following: the surrender of Artsakh, the destruction of Sparapet’s targets and the collapse of the army – all this is on the conscience of your destructive group.
Eduard Sharmazanov, member of the Republican Party of Armenia
