Trump held a meeting with Mark Zuckerberg

President-elect Donald Trump met Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg for dinner at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida. The Facebook founder thus accepted an invitation from the former president, whose account his company had previously blocked, Voice of America reports.
Stephen Miller, who has been appointed deputy chief of staff for Trump’s second term, said that Zuckerberg, like other business leaders, wants to support Trump’s economic plans.
“Mark obviously has his own interests, he has his own company, and his own agenda,” Miller told Fox News about the meeting. “But he has made it clear that he wants to support the national renewal of America under Trump’s leadership.”
Zuckerberg has not endorsed any presidential candidate during the 2024 campaign. A Meta spokesman confirmed that Zuckerberg and Trump met on Wednesday, saying he was invited to dinner with the president-elect and other members of his team to talk about the incoming administration.
