Taiwan’s armed forces have detected five PLA aircraft and five PLA Navy ships approaching the island, the Taiwan Defense Ministry reported in X.
“Five PLA aircraft and five PLA Navy ships operating around Taiwan were detected before 6 a.m. [01:00 Moscow time] today. The five aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s northern and southwestern air defense zone,” the statement said.
“We have been monitoring the situation and have responded accordingly,” the ministry said.
