The Anti-Corruption Court of Appeals rejected a private appeal to release Vardan Ghukasyan from custody, lawyer Aramayis Hayrapetyan reported to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

Prosecutors presented 21 pages of justification and evidence regarding Ghukasyan’s detention in the penitentiary and his health.

Vardan Ghukasyan was arrested and subsequently remanded in custody on charges of bribery and bribery.
