Hayk Mamijanyan, head of the “I Have the Honor” faction in the National Assembly, provided details from Brussels.
He noted that Communist Party members abstained from voting on the issue “Azerbaijan should not interfere in Armenia’s internal affairs and territorial integrity.”
Mamijanyan stated that Communist Party members once again voted against including the Armenian Genocide reference in the statement.
