The Communist Party will vote against the issue of creating an ethics committee in relation to Andranik Kocharyan. Konjoryan

The Communist Party faction will vote against the project to create an ethics committee in connection with the behavior of Andranik Kocharyan. This was stated by the head of the Communist Party faction Hayk Konjoryan in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly today, April 22.

“But the Communist Party faction has long been working on creating a permanent ethics committee in the National Assembly, where various issues related to parliamentary ethics will be considered. We hope that the opposition will also cooperate with us there, because we will also need the opposition’s votes, and a permanent ethics committee will be created,” he said.

Recall that a few days ago, Andranik Kocharyan insulted journalist Hripsime Jebejyan. First, in a harsh tone, he demanded that she move away from him, and then insistently asked her to wipe her lips. Later, he refused to apologize for his behavior. Instead, journalists began collecting signatures with an initiative to create an ethics committee in the National Assembly on this issue.
