The members of the “I Have the Honor” faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, confirming that on May 6 we expressed our readiness to DISCUSS the issue of the candidacy of the Prime Minister without preconditions and initiate the process of expressing no confidence in the Prime Minister, decided not to join the process of nominating the candidacy of Prime Minister Edmon Marukyan, presented by the members of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Agazaryan and Hakob Aslanyan. The presented candidate is no different from the current rulers in his political background and is equally responsible for the difficult situation in our country.
In other words, the “I Have the Honor” faction is against the process of replacing Nikol Pashinyan with “Nikol Pashinyan 2”, so we do not see the need for a meeting with the candidate.
However, deputies who have nominated their candidates may contact the “I Have the Honor” faction to obtain additional information regarding our decision.
