The identities of the young men wanted on charges of hooliganism and causing bodily harm have been established.

As a result of joint operational and outreach activities conducted by officers from the Syunik Regional Criminal Police Department and the Goris Public Police Department, three young men – residents of the village of Teg, aged 19 and 22, and a 23-year-old resident of Goris – turned themselves in to the police station on September 26. They were wanted by the Syunik Regional Criminal Police Department on charges of hooliganism and causing minor bodily harm. They have been remanded in custody, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
