The international community condemns the political persecution of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
At a panel discussion in Washington, D.C., on the topic of “The Persecution of Christianity in Armenia,” international lawyer Peter Flew, among other experts, comprehensively presented the real picture of political persecution in Armenia.
He also noted that the use of pretrial detention as a punishment against Samvel Karapetyan, a benefactor of the Armenian people and the Armenian Church, is extremely disturbing.
