The Kremlin will analyze the EU leaders’ joint statement on security guarantees for Kyiv when it sees the text: Peskov

The Kremlin will analyze the EU leaders’ joint statement on security guarantees for Kyiv when it sees the text, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

The Kremlin press secretary noted that Moscow has so far only seen media reports about the EU leaders’ joint statement on security guarantees for Kyiv and does not intend to respond to them.

“We haven’t seen any text yet. We will analyze it when we see it,” Peskov said, responding to a question about the Kremlin’s assessment of the statement.

It was previously reported that, following talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, European leaders presented a six-point program of security guarantees for Ukraine.
