On November 21, for the first time, an Armenian plane flying the Armenian flag departed Armenia for Azerbaijan, carrying a group of Armenian civil society representatives to Baku. The plane belonged to FLYONE Airlines.
This visit was a return visit to the Armenian capital by an Azerbaijani delegation on October 21-22.
