The pre-election campaign for the council elections officially launched in the Vagharshapat community on October 22, and will continue until November 14 at 24:00.
Eight political forces will participate in the council elections, which will run under the following consecutive numbers:
1. The “Victory” alliance of parties, consisting of the “Forward” and “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” parties (the list is headed by Sevak Khachatryan),
2. The “Pan-Armenian Front” party (the list is headed by Artyom Simonyan),
3. The “Republic” party (the list is headed by Harutyun Mkrtchyan),
4. The “Mother Armenia” National-Democratic Party (the list is headed by Grisha Harutyunyan),
5. “Free Democrats” Party (the list is headed by Vahram Azatyan),
6. “Heritage” Party (the list is headed by Arkady Paytyan),
7. “Civil Contract” Party (the list is headed by Argishti Mekhakyan),
7. “Homeland” Party (the list is headed by Khachik Manukyan).
According to the information published on the website of the Central Election Commission, 70 thousand 22 people have the right to vote in the elections to the Council of Elders of the Vagharshapat enlarged community.
In total, 47 polling stations will open on election day in different settlements of the Vagharshapat enlarged community.
The elections to the Council of Elders of the Vagharshapat community will be held on November 16.
