The authorities, based on political priorities, are currently targeting the people of Artsakh, but at a later stage, they could also attack residents of other regions of the Republic of Armenia. Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the “I Have Honor” faction, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“Everything depends on what the regime’s narrow partisan agenda implies, what demands it makes of Baku and Ankara, and what they offer the authorities in terms of political calculations.
The problem here isn’t the people of Artsakh: at any moment, any Armenian willing to defend their land, their right to struggle, and sacred objects could become a target,” he wrote.
