The problem is that Europeans don’t want to listen to Russia on the Ukrainian issue, Peskov stated

Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s press secretary, described the lack of dialogue with the European side on the Ukrainian settlement and the Europeans’ reluctance to listen to Russia on this issue as a problem. The Kremlin spokesman made this statement at a briefing for Indian media ahead of the Russian-Indian summit in New Delhi.
“We don’t communicate with the Europeans. We have no dialogue, not a word. How can you find out your partners’ positions on such a complex issue if you don’t communicate with each other? This is our biggest problem,” Peskov stated, emphasizing that with India, the opposite is true.
“India listens to us; there is mutual understanding. We appreciate that,” he added
