The venue for the Putin-Trump meeting has been agreed upon: the Kremlin

Russia and the United States have agreed on a meeting between the two countries’ presidents, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, in the coming days. Work is currently underway to organize the summit, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters. The venue for the Putin-Trump meeting has also been agreed upon and will be announced later. “At the suggestion of the American side, an agreement in principle was reached to hold a bilateral summit in the coming days, that is, a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. We are now beginning concrete work with our American colleagues,” Ushakov added.

He also stressed that Trump’s special representative Steven Witkoff had raised the idea of a trilateral meeting between Putin, Trump, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Kremlin, but Moscow left it without comment.
