The Washington peace plan will be discussed at a meeting of leading EU countries with representatives of the US and Ukraine in Geneva on Sunday, TASS reports, citing DPA.

Earlier, EU leaders expressed disagreement with several points of the US peace plan and the need for its revision.

Following a meeting in Johannesburg, the leaders of the EU, Canada, and Japan are demanding a revision of the US plan for Ukraine and expressing concern over the reduction of the Ukrainian armed forces. This was stated in a joint statement issued by the European Commission on behalf of the heads of EU institutions, several EU member states, including Germany, France, and Italy, as well as non-EU countries: the UK, Norway, Japan, and Canada.
