The “Yerevan Press” building will be replaced by a premium-class multi-functional complex. This is reported by Tun Expo, adding that the relevant project will be presented at a major real estate exhibition by the RA State Property Management Committee and PROSPEKT24 JSC.
“Committee for State Property Management of the Republic of Armenia” and ZAO “PROSPEKT24” jointly present an exclusive project of reconstruction of the famous building “Yerevan Press”. The project envisages not only the complex modernization of the building, but also the change of its purpose, turning it into a modern multi-functional premium-class complex. At the same time, special attention will be paid to the preservation of architectural originality, recognition, as well as the historical and cultural value of the structure,” says the Tun Expo page on Facebook.
Companies interested in the hotel business and major reconstruction projects are also invited to the stand of the RA State Property Management Committee at the EXPO exhibition, where the building reconstruction concept and investment potential will be presented.
