In Artsakh, reports circulated that the Armenian authorities were informed of the resumption of hostilities as early as mid-September.
Tigran Abrahamyan, Secretary of the “I Have the Honor” faction of the National Assembly, wrote:
“The fact that the authorities knew of its high probability even before the 44-day war is already a confirmed fact.
That the authorities had reliable intelligence information about the outbreak of war at least two days ago is also a confirmed fact.
Furthermore, substantiated reports circulated in Artsakh that the Armenian authorities were informed of the resumption of hostilities as early as mid-September but failed to draw the necessary conclusions.
“The main culprit behind the inevitable consequences and heavy losses of the war is the one at the top of the power pyramid, whose actions and the lack of necessary decisions have ensured the country’s endless series of failures,” Abrahamyan wrote.
