Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that there is no reason to expect miraculous progress during the new round of talks with Ukraine.

“Of course, there is no reason to expect any miracle. In the current situation, this is unlikely,” he told reporters, answering a question about what results the Kremlin expects from the third round of talks.

The new round of Russian-Ukrainian talks will take place on July 24-25 in Istanbul. A possible third round of Russian-Ukrainian talks is planned to be held in the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul.

Russia and Ukraine held two rounds of direct talks, meetings took place in Istanbul. Following the talks, prisoners and bodies of the dead were exchanged.

In addition, the parties exchanged draft memorandums on the settlement of the conflict.
