When the government links a force or figure to “shady cooperation” with Russia, it does so not to insult these forces, but to express its hostility towards Moscow.
Yesterday, someone from the National Assembly rostrum “reprimanded” Hayk Mamijanyan for stating that the Republican Party could have participated in the celebrations of the victory in the Patriotic War in another country, but went to Russia, hinting that this was a curtsey towards Moscow, which had electoral logic.
A striking example of political childishness and primitiveness.
Firstly, the RPA annually participates in events of various formats, both in Moscow and in various European capitals. Secondly, they were invited from Russia to a specific event dedicated to Victory Day. On the same days, another RPA delegation participated in another EPP event, so what?
These people confuse their Turkish-Azerbaijani trips and the oaths they made, thinking that everyone, like them, is lying at one door or another, begging for “approval” and gaining power. Those who gave up the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country for the sake of expanding their power and were subordinated to the enemy still have the right to speak.
