The deadline for the program to help the internally displaced residents of Artsakh to be significantly reduced is 10 days away.
During this time, the government has been “feeding” people lies, claiming that it will make certain changes to social and housing programs, but they have remained virtually unchanged.
The housing program remains inaccessible to most people, and serious cuts to social housing put people at risk of ending up literally on the street.
The authorities are trying to stifle the voice of the people by spreading information about the abuses of various officials and businessmen in Artsakh, but this does not solve the people’s problems or reveal the crime. No one has been held accountable for these accusations.
People who have lost their home, their homeland, and have lived through a lifetime of tragedies are left alone with their insoluble problems.
