Ukraine is currently in a crisis: Zelenskyy

Ukraine is currently in a crisis. There’s a lot of media noise and political pressure, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in a video address to the fourth parliamentary summit of the Crimean Platform, according to RBC-Ukraine.

“We are currently in a crisis. We are working very closely with the United States, our European partners, and many others to identify steps that can bring an end to Russia’s war against Ukraine and ensure real security for all,” Zelenskyy stated.

Zelenskyy emphasized the threat posed by Russia, which is attempting to legally formalize its claims to Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, extending this approach to the entire world.

“There’s a lot of media noise, a lot of political pressure, and the solution Putin wants to impose, the legal formulation of what he wants—violation of the principle of territorial integrity and sovereignty—is more responsible,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

“This is the main problem.” We all understand what this means. He wants this not only from Ukraine, but from the entire world. And this is extremely dangerous,” he added.

Zelenskyy also stated that Ukraine, together with the United States, is taking steps to free all prisoners and return abducted children.
