Ukraine is preparing to use disagreements between Russia and Azerbaijan to incite hatred and enmity on ethnic grounds. This was stated at a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
According to her, the Security Service of Ukraine plans to recruit people who left Russia after the war to commit acts of sabotage against Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani facilities, allegedly on behalf of Russia.
Zakharova emphasized that Kyiv’s goal is to present this as “Russian aggression” and spread similar falsifications in Azerbaijani, Turkish and European media.
