The UN Secretary-General is not fulfilling the UN Charter. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a roundtable of ambassadors dedicated to the crisis in Ukraine.
He added that the UN is protecting the Kiev regime, turning a blind eye to its actions. Moreover, the general tone is developing in an anti-Russian direction, the Russian Foreign Minister noted.
