US Attorney General Bondi: Biden Had No Right to Store Classified Documents in Garage

Former US President Joe Biden had no right to take classified documents and store them in his garage, the country’s Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Thursday.

“From what Joe Biden did: of course, he had no right to take classified documents, and we all know that they were in his garage, but no one dared to hold him accountable,” the head of the Justice Department said on the Fox News channel.

At the same time, she noted that a similar act resulted in much more serious consequences for Biden’s opponent in the first part of the election race, Donald Trump.

“They were after Donald Trump from day one. We knew about it. “We always knew this, and it will stop,” Bondi said. “We will return to the core function of our government, our law enforcement, which is to prosecute violent criminals and take them off our streets. The weaponization of [justice] has ended, it ended the day Donald Trump took office,” she concluded.

After Biden stepped down as vice president in 2017, classified documents were found in the garage of his Delaware home and in his Washington office. The discovery led to a federal investigation. The report then described Biden as “an elderly man with a bad memory.” Doubts about the politician’s ability to continue to govern ultimately led to his decision to drop out of the presidential race, the Associated Press reported.
