Spartak Ghukasyan, the son of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, has been detained for two months, the Criminal Investigation Department told Tert.am.
We previously reported that a petition had been filed with the court to remand Spartak Ghukasyan in pretrial detention.
“During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case opened by the Investigative Committee, a criminal case was opened against one person under paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 2 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of persons using information or communication technologies),” the Criminal Investigation Department reported.
