The main message of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement is that the decisions of the West to deliver missiles to Ukraine cannot go unanswered, said the press secretary of the Russian president, reports RIA Novosti.
“The main message is that the reckless decisions and actions of Western countries, which produce missiles, deliver them to Ukraine, and later participate in attacks on Russian territory, cannot remain without a response from the Russian side,” said Dmitry Peskov.
