Which Apple devices are users most satisfied with?

The developers of the AnTuTu benchmark have published the October user satisfaction ranking for various Apple devices, revealing that the company’s latest smartphone performed worse than an older, less successful model.

Topping the list is the iPad Air 4 with the Apple A14 Bionic chip, receiving 96.55% positive feedback in October.

Following closely is the iPhone 12 mini, which pleased 95.96% of its owners. Interestingly, this model is considered one of Apple’s commercial missteps. Its weak sales and Apple’s subsequent decision to abandon mini smartphones in favor of Plus versions only confirm this.

The third spot is held by the 11-inch iPad Pro with the Apple A12X chip, boasting a 95.82% satisfaction rate.

In fourth and fifth places are the 11-inch iPad Pro (95.13%) and the 12.9-inch version (95%), both powered by the Apple A12Z Bionic chip.

The budget-friendly iPhone SE (2020) claims the sixth spot, with 94.95% of users satisfied. Next in line is the 11-inch iPad Pro with the Apple M1 chip, earning 94.77% positive feedback.

The new iPhone 16 Pro only made it to eighth place, garnering 94.43% positive reviews. Rounding out the top devices are the iPad Air 5 and iPad mini 5, with 93.66% and 93.38% positive feedback, respectively.

AnTuTu emphasized that the ranking is based on online user reviews, with higher scores awarded to devices with more five-star ratings.
