Yerevan violated ethical standards by publishing OSCE working documents and correspondence between the heads of state co-chairs without consulting with the parties involved, stated the Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson.
“If they have already done this, then these documents diverge from the positions put forward in Yerevan. OSCE and UN documents clearly demonstrate that for three decades, Russia, as a co-chair country, has invested all its efforts in resolving the Karabakh conflict through political and diplomatic means, yet little has been achieved. We have always said this, and now it is clearly evident from these documents,” noted Maria Zakharova.
