The options for Ukraine’s security guarantees proposed by the West are one-sided and aimed at containing Russia. This was stated at a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
Addressing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, she noted that “even in the European Union, many can argue with the statement that he is not asking, but offering the West to give him more money. He insisted and swore.”
