The construction of the Kars-Igdir-Aralik-Dilucu railway is one of the most important steps towards the implementation of the “Zangezur Corridor”, which is important not only for Turkey, but also for the entire South Caucasus and Eurasia.
This was stated by Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu.
“The Zangezur Corridor” will strengthen economic cooperation between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia, and will also contribute to the development of peace in the region. For all countries, especially those interested in the “Middle Corridor”, a golden era of international trade begins,” he said.
