Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s plane has landed in the German capital Berlin, Der Spiegel reports.
Earlier, the German government announced that Zelensky would take part in a video conference of European leaders with US President Donald Trump ahead of his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska on August 15.
The conversation with Trump was initiated by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. In addition to Zelensky, Trump and Merz, the video conference will be attended by the presidents and heads of government of Great Britain, Italy, Poland, Finland and France, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, EU Council President Antonio Costa, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and US Vice President J.D. Vance.
