During the popular protest in Gyumri, dozens of Gyumri people were arrested, including our Ruben, a lawyer by profession, who considered it his duty to be close to his fellow citizens as a defender of human rights. Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the movement “Our Way”, reported about this.
