"Kartsik" news agency has obtained a photo showing how Gyorgix, who has declared himself a blogger, is driving a car without license plates and, according to circulating information, without a driver's license, approaching a citizen. He goes to the houses and conducts filming. Moreover, on social platforms, he regularly spreads obvious lies, falsehoods and slander, grossly violating the presumption of innocence and people's dignity. In this situation, a number of serious and urgent questions arise. Where does the Ministry of Internal Affairs look? How is it possible to freely move around the city with a car without license plates in broad daylight, endanger the safety of road users and remain absolutely unpunished? Is the political position above the law? If a person presents himself as a supporter of the government or Nikol Pashinyan, does that give him a "license" to act outside the law, violate the privacy of people's privacy and spread misinformation? According to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, all citizens are equal. If the law enforcement system turns a blind eye to such obvious violations, it is no longer inattention, but a clear display of double standards. We demand the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and law enforcement agencies to immediately provide an official clarification and take appropriate measures prescribed by law. Violation and defamation cannot be justified under any political "mask".
