He acknowledged that there is a serious problem in Armenia in fixing the accuracy and implications of the baseline data. According to Martirosyan, according to the current regulations, the Inspection Authority today only records the consequences, and the risk situations are revealed only when visiting business entities. “To address this issue, we have initiated the creation of a digital surveillance system where all monitoring data will be collected online and decisions will be made based on their analysis. We plan to launch the system in January 2029, ”he noted. It should be added that the co-hosts of the Mining Armenia Forum 2026 are the Mining Forum Development Fund and the Mining and Metallurgy Association of Armenia.
