Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aty said Egypt “stands by the side of any Arab country facing Israeli aggression or threats” and warned against dragging the region into a full-scale war.
He criticized the inaction of the international community, which has endangered the global system in the face of Israeli aggression against women and children, news.cn reported.
Reaffirming Egypt’s commitment to international and regional efforts to end the aggression, he said: “The arrogance of power will not bring stability and security to Israel until the Palestinian people regain their legitimate and full rights.”
