Gevorgyan, who participated in the incident with Nikol Pashinyan at St. Anna Church, has been released.
In a conversation with reporters, Gevorgyan stated that it was absurd to say they planned anything.
“I organized and planned the liberation of the city, villages, and Artsakh,” he noted.
Gevorgyan said that if Nikol Pashinyan has such concerns, then “we are in a much worse situation than anyone can imagine.”
Gevorgyan has been charged and has been granted bail of 5 million drams as a preventive measure, which must be posted within three days.
