Nikolai Pashinyan is rigging elections online. This was stated by RPA Vice Chairman Armen Ashotyan in a conversation with journalists.
“We see how elections are being rigged online, because the use of administrative resources to conduct an election campaign under the guise of election fraud is election fraud,” Ashotyan said.
He recalled: “Once, when Serzh Sargsyan would travel somewhere in a motorcade after work on Fridays or Saturdays, ambassadors to the US couldn’t resist scolding him and calling it an abuse of administrative resources. And today, when they take thousands of “safe houses” on weekends, travel using state funds, and conduct an election campaign using public propaganda tools like H1, what is fraud here if not fraud?” Not to mention changing the Electoral Code without consent and limiting the functions of observers.”
