Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said “Operation Sindoor” against Pakistan was far from over, Hindustan Times reports.
He warned that India would continue to exact a heavy price on those who sponsor terrorism.
Modi asserted that Pakistan has already been hit “three times inside its home.”
“Our army made them realize the power of ‘sindoor,'” he reiterated.
Relations between India and Pakistan have strained considerably after the April 22 terror attack in the popular tourist town of Pahalgam in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, which killed 25 Indians and one Nepali.
