US Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine cannot be resolved militarily.
“There is no military solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This war will not be resolved militarily, but diplomatically,” the head of the State Department said upon arrival in Antalya for an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers.
