By its vote today, the National Assembly stripped the leader of the NA Armenia faction Seyran Ohanyan and secretary Artsvik Minasyan of parliamentary immunity and allowed criminal prosecution to be instituted against them.
Recall that the issue of stripping the immunity of the NA Armenia faction deputy Artur Sargsyan and placing him in custody is also on the NA agenda.
In the case of Artsvik Minasyan and Seyran Ohanyan, no motion for detention was filed.
