More than 150 Iranian drones flew over Iraqi airspace on their way to Israel, a senior Iraqi security source told Shafaq News on Friday.
The source noted that the drones flew specifically over northeastern Diyala, adding that Iraqi security forces found five remnants of missiles and debris in different locations across the province.
Earlier, the Israeli army said Iran launched dozens of drones toward Israel in response to Tel Aviv’s unprecedented military operation that killed Iranian military leaders and nuclear scientists.
