I would like to inform you that the appeal of David Hambardzumyan’s sentence was assigned to judges Sevak Hambardzumyan and Harutyun Petrosyan, and information about a third judge in the court system is missing from the datalex. This was reported by Gayane Papoyan, the lawyer for former Masis Mayor David Hambardzumyan.
“Incidentally, Judge Sevak Hambardzumyan is currently on vacation, which will last until December 30, but the appeal was assigned to him as well,” she noted.
